Set within the prestigious Belapais region of Kyrenia, Akardağ Invest Build Headquarters is a transformative office design project created for a long-standing construction company partner. Developed on the site of a pre-existing residence, the project required a substantial architectural overhaul redefining interiors, demolishing outdated sections, and reshaping the structure to reflect a new corporate vision. The design emphasizes openness, transparency, and spatial fluidity, with natural light and visual connectivity guiding the spatial hierarchy. A key feature is the rear garden pool, positioned at the heart of the layout to serve as a calming visual anchor. Floor-to-ceiling glass facades integrate this element into the office experience, promoting serenity and clarity in the work environment. Surrounded by greenery and designed to foster wellness, collaboration, and inspiration, this headquarters sets a new standard for contemporary corporate spaces in Northern Cyprus.
