Located near the coast in the village of Çatalköy, Kyrenia, Coastal Quad Residences is a thoughtfully designed residential project consisting of four modest yet contemporary two-story homes. Each unit features three bedrooms, private swimming pools, and rooftop gardens, striking a balance between comfort, functionality, and affordability. Emphasizing clean modern lines and practical living spaces, the design prioritizes energy efficiency and cost-conscious solutions without compromising spatial quality. The layout encourages a sense of privacy and individuality for each residence while maintaining visual harmony within the overall site.
