This villa project, located in Bellapais, comprises a basement level and two additional floors, thoughtfully designed for a family with two children. The architectural approach prioritizes privacy, ensuring that key outdoor spaces—such as the shared swimming pool, leisure terraces, barbecue areas, and outdoor lounges—remain hidden from the road while still offering a refined and inviting atmosphere for the residents.
The villa embraces a contemporary architectural language characterized by clean lines, volumetric clarity, and an emphasis on spatial fluidity. One of the home's defining features is its nearly double-height living and dining space, where expansive glazing enhances natural light and establishes a strong dialogue between interior and exterior. The extended terrace roof of this space has been designed not only as a functional shading element but also as a dedicated open-air cinema, offering a unique recreational experience within the home.
All bedrooms are designed as en-suite units, providing comfort, privacy, and individualized living zones for each family member. The home’s layout integrates subtle moments of leisure and serenity in every corner—from quiet reading niches to shaded outdoor seating pockets—resulting in a living environment that feels both modern and intimately crafted.
The swimming pool and surrounding communal areas are strategically oriented to capture the sweeping sea views, allowing the family to fully embrace the landscape. The design takes advantage of the site's natural topography, creating layered outdoor terraces that seamlessly connect the villa to its environment while maintaining visual and physical continuity between all levels.
Overall, this residence represents a contemporary yet warm architectural expression, merging privacy, generous social spaces, and immersive landscape connections to create a family home defined by comfort, elegance, and experiential richness.
